Soleo Health Names Craig Vollmer Chief Commercial Officer

Promotion Reflects Vollmer’s Expanding Leadership Role with Company

Health, an innovative national provider of complex specialty
pharmacy and infusion services administered in the home and alternate
sites of care, announced today the appointment of Craig Vollmer to the
newly created role of chief commercial officer.

Vollmer, who has been with Soleo Health since its 2014 founding, was
promoted from executive vice president.

In his new position, Vollmer will be responsible for leading execution
of the Company’s commercial strategy across key constituents, such as
providers, health systems, payors and pharmaceutical manufacturers. He
will oversee therapeutic programs and marketing as well as the Company’s
managed markets department. Under Vollmer’s leadership, Soleo Health
gained access to 11 manufacturer limited drug distribution networks,
executed multiple new product launches and oversaw the development of
several of the Company’s successful programs, including its proprietary
clinical outcomes program, SoleMetrics^®. By forging
partnerships with leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, Soleo Health
expanded its therapeutic offerings and began distributing select new
specialty drugs, an initiative that positively impacted the Company’s
rapid and exponential revenue growth last year.

Vollmer, who was part of Soleo Health’s founding management team, has
more than 25 years of specialty infusion and healthcare services
experience. Prior to joining Soleo Health, he held executive management
roles with Guardian Healthcare/Evolution Health, Accredo Health Group
and Critical Care Systems.
