Premaitha Health welcomes new board member

Premaitha Health has revealed that David Evans, Non-executive Chairman, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. Adam Reynolds, Non-executive Director, will become Non-executive Chairman on an interim basis until such time as a new permanent chairman is appointed.
