October 31, 2019MONTRÉAL–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NuChem Therapeutics, a drug discovery and development contract research organization (CRO) located in Montreal, specializing in synthetic and medicinal chemistry services, has just completed the acquisition of Amplia Pharmatek, a drug discovery and development CRO with a focus on biology.
Amplia Pharmatek is an innovative service provider who specializes in Discovery Biology, in vivo Pharmacology, Pharmacokinetics and Toxicology.
Amplia Pharmatek and NuChem Therapeutics will form a growing team with more than 60 employees offering a wide array of integrated services.
