(the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CNTX), a women’s oncology company developing advanced small molecule and immunotherapy treatments to transform care for hormone-driven breast and gynecological cancers, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $5.00 per share, for gross proceeds of $25.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount and commissions, to cover over-allotments. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 20, 2021, under the ticker symbol “CNTX”.
