Following the delisting of the Company’s ADSs from Nasdaq Global, the Company has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to suspend its reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), in respect of the ADS. The Company expects that the deregistration of the ADSs will become effective 90 days after the filing of the Form 25 with the SEC, which occurred on March 21, 2022. The Company has also submitted a No Action Request to the SEC to obtain relief from filing the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F with the SEC for the financial year ended December 31, 2021, and certain other remaining reporting obligations under the Exchange Act.
