FIRST QUARTER 2022 FINANCIAL RESULTS The Company’s cash balance was $21.2 million at March 31, 2022, compared to $18.4 million at December 31, 2021.Total operating expenses for the first quarter 2022 were $3.9 million, compared to total operating expenses of $2.5 million for first quarter 2021. Approximately $0.7 million of this increase is due to research and development expenses and $0.7 million to legal, intellectual property and professional fees.Net loss for the first quarter of 2022 was $4.1 million, or $(0.19) per share, compared to a net loss of $2.7 million, or $(0.33) per share, for the first quarter of 2021.
