Pharmacy Times® and Parata Systems Open Nominations for the 2021 Next-Generation Pharmacist® Awards Program

Annual awards program recognizes pharmacists, technicians, students and industry advocates who are defining the future of pharmacy.

CRANBURY, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#NextGenPharmPharmacy Times®, the leading multimedia resource for pharmacy professionals, in conjunction with Parata Systems, is pleased to announce that nominations are being accepted for the 2021 Next-Generation Pharmacist® awards program through Friday, April 30.

The 2021 Next-Generation Pharmacist® awards program is peer-nominated and honors remarkable pharmacists, student pharmacists, technicians and industry advocates in 10 categories, including civic leader, entrepreneur, future pharmacist, lifetime leadership and technology innovator.

Selected by a panel of distinguished judges, the 30 finalists represent the various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Three finalists will be selected in each category, representing a range of pharmacy practice settings, including large chain retailers, independent pharmacies, specialty pharmacies, military bases, health clinics and educational institutions. One winner will receive the top honor as the 2021 Next-Generation Pharmacist®. All selected finalists will be featured in the October 2021 issue of Pharmacy Times® and on the program’s website.
