Eli Lilly said Thursday its senior vice president and president of Lilly Oncology, and the member of the company’s executive committee, Sue Mahony, will retire at the end of August after 18 years of service with the company.
Mahony said: “We make medicines that help patients with cancer live longer. What a privilege it’s been to wake up each morning with that as my life’s work.”
Lilly is considering internal and external candidates to succeed Mahony.
