–Claims processing firm and technology innovator takes 5,000 sf in heart of Long Island’s healthcare services mecca–
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Healthcare disruptor ZCP, Inc. announced today that it has relocated its headquarters within New Hyde Park, nearly tripling its office space. ZCP, which provides a host of tech-based and marketing solutions in the field of pharmaceutical claims processing to drug manufacturers, non-profits, and corporations, signed a long-term, 5,000-square-foot lease for concourse-level space at 1981 Marcus Avenue.
The office property, owned by CLK Commercial Management, is centrally located on the Nassau County/Queens border with easy access to New Jersey, Connecticut, and New York City’s five boroughs. Across the street from Long Island Jewish Hospital and Northwell Health System offices, ZCP is at the epicenter of learning and knowledge, also known as Long Island’s mecca of health services and care.
“As we continue to grow it is important that we operate in high-end office space that provides a progressive cultural environment, supports our employees, and fosters future innovation,” said Yuriy Davydov, Founder & CEO of ZCP. “We are extremely pleased with CLK’s commitment to our firm, and hope this expansion is the first of many to come. We have ambitious growth plans.”
The new office space includes various executive offices, large boardroom, bullpen for support staff, and a recreation room with a pool table, TV, and kitchen.
“ZCP’s mission more broadly is to improve America’s byzantine healthcare system for everyone through its patent-pending advanced technology, transparency, and affordability to a sector that has, over time, increasingly focused on profits at the expense of patient care,” said Davydov, a former independent pharmacist-turned healthcare entrepreneur. “We are determined to bring the focus and attention back to patients. Operating out of headquarters space that fosters innovation is critical to achieving our goal.”
ZCP took possession of its new office at the end of August.
Darren Leiderman, of Colliers International, arranged the new lease on behalf of the building owners. ZCP did not have a broker.
