NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$HROW–Harrow Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: HROW), an eyecare pharmaceutical company exclusively focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of innovative ophthalmic prescription therapies, today announced that it priced an underwritten registered offering of 2,376,426 shares of its common stock at a price of $10.52 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $25 million. The offering is expected to close on or about December 16, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the sale of the common stock to fund a portion of the purchase price payable for a previously announced acquisition, with any remaining net proceeds available for general corporate purposes, including funding future strategic product acquisitions and related investments, making capital expenditures, and funding working capital.
