The shares of common stock were sold at a public offering price of $13.75 per share, and the pre-funded warrants were sold at a purchase price of $13.74 per pre-funded warrant, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $115.4 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by EyePoint. All of the securities were sold by EyePoint. Cowen and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cantor acted as passive book-running manager for the offering.
